FLINT TRANSCO'S DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

Flint Transco has developed an industry leading Driver Training Program that will teach skills needed to operate our equipment safely in a variety of challenging conditions. We will provide training and mentoring so that our drivers can become an industry recognized professional driver.

Transco has eight Competency Assessors licensed under Enform and Alberta Advanced Education and are able to provide competency assessments at all levels for employees from swampers to supervisors. Employees are also trained to meet and exceed specific customer orientation' training outlined by our customers' requirements ensuring we meet their requirements as well as ours.

Flint Transco offers a complete training course for our field personnel specifically for loading and unloading equipment properly and safely. This course is another opportunity to provide a safe learning environment benefiting both our employees and clients.
